My friend Tom had a LOT of friends... Let me tell you. Everyone that signed up for his social media sites baught him a beer. MySpace.. the first mass social media experience.. sure, there were others before, but Myspace is the first one to attract grandparents to teen land.. but back to tom.. everyone was Tom's friend!! Maybe that's the secret to the social media experience... Maybe tomorrow is what we need for the next social revolution.. hear me out. Tangle, iotas central processor or whatever it is, is kind of working like a tom.. someone to give everyone a path to find other friends. Once the networks built out, tom isn't needed, as someone knows someone on "thespace".. Facebook has that now.. and their tom is working on bringing Facebook back to the people.. that should be interesting.. anyway... Back to tom.. a friend to stalk for other friends.. building a network, public nodes are Tom's friends, private ones unfriended Tom, but they still exist.. side nodes.. only with the transactions of Tom's friends known from the point of separation, and that's ok, can always catch-up later.. and still get updates from known balances, I mean posts.... Try to imagine where I'm going here.. and build out some other ideas with me in the comments.. I have a lot of ideas on the topic.
