Yesterday's numbers, remembered to load actifit in the morning and made sure it was running a few times throughout the day. My Samsung watch only recorded 3500 steps, but actifit insisted it was 6700... And actifit peeps are worried about others manipulation of the numbers... Anyways,... Most of it was around the house, some, driving..... Figure that one out.
There are flaws with the system as designed, but they worry about manipulators... one day people will stop being paranoid, and go with the flow. Until then, rest well and stay safe friends.
